    Quality Analytics/ Sr. Quality Analytics

    Roles and Objectives:

    • Fluency in English
    • Basics of Excell Should be Good ( Vlookups and Pivot & Data Presentation and % wise analytics)
    • Minimum On Paper quality experience of 12 to 18 months
    • Quality Certification Courses completed Employee to be Preferred.
    • Flexible to work in rosters Shifts
    • Location – Mumbai (On Site)

     

    Sales Agents/Sr Agent or Specialist or Sr. Specialist

    Roles and Objectives:

    • Fluency in English (At least 12 agents with Fluent English)
    • Proper Sales Experience of At least 12 months (not Lead Generation Experience)
    • Graduate Will be preferred.
    • Basic Computer Skills.
    • Flexible to work in rosters Shifts
    • Location – Mumbai (On Site)

     

    Team Leader/Sr. Team Leader

    • Fluency in English
    • Good Knowledge of Excell , Emails and Presentations
    • Minimum On Paper quality experience of 18 to 124 months
    • Quality Certification Courses completed Employee to be Preferred.
    • Flexible to work in rosters Shifts
    • Location – Mumbai (On Site)

     

    Graphic Designer

    • Should be Good In AI technology
    • Proficiency in Multiple Graphic Designing Software’s
    • Creative Head
    • Having Knowledge of Social Media handles Algorithm.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines & the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience will Be preferred.
    • Fresher can Apply (Should Have a Portfolio)
    • Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.

    Digital Marketing Specialist/ Sr.

    • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role. (12months to 24months)
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
    • Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads,  and social media advertising.
    • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).
    • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar would be advantageous.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines & the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Basic Knowledge of Excell to Gauge campaign Performance.
